Philippines have beautiful environment, different culture and ethics so we must use them properly and preserve it and patronize, also our own products. We must develop it to become better and more attractive to the tourist so that more tourist will come and visit our country and step by step our country will progress. So be proud that we are a Filipino.

My Teacher , My Hero

Think of this, what if there is no teacher, what would our life would be?
if there is no teacher, I think many of us students could not know how to write and read. My teacher is my hero because she acts as my second mother when I'm at school she is always there to help me whenever i have a problem. My teacher my hero is my adviser, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz. I choose her as my hero because she is very kind and patient to me not only me but also to my classmates.I know that being a teacher is a difficult profession because in that profession you can encounter different kinds of attitudes of student, so I salute all teachers in the world because of their profession.

"Reflection"

The learning's that i have learned now is how to manipulate and used the different technique while I also discovered that many things that i learn and we can do through this techniques that Ive learned. There are problems i challenge that we have encounter such as, there are times that is hard and easy so that we have to study hard and sometimes that signal is hard and sometimes i dont know what to do. in using internet we should have to use it that there is a good relationship between the user and specially the computer. so we can surf properly/ correctly and when the problem comes. I will call for a help to my classmates/friends.
moving on and I will learned more about this.

SEMBREAK

last October 23, I started my semestral break by having some fun w/ my friends. We make every seconds in that day very happy because that is the only time that we stay together in one house and having some fun to one of us. Last November 1, I visit my grandfather and grandmother at the cemetery, I also visited my late Tito's, cousins and other more relatives that are living peacefully in the cemetery and after that I went into the house of my friends and have a snack.

Sa Pangangalaga ng Wika at Kalikasan Wagas na Pagmamahal Talagang Kailangan

When you heard the word nature, we know that this is colorful and wonderful nature. We must take good care our nature. We must love it to take good care our nature, we must know how to plant different kinds of trees, know how to use the proper disposal and how to separate biodegradable and non-biodegradable. “Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni Baby ang katapat”

“Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni Baby ang katapat”

The theme “Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni Baby ang katapat” Proper and sufficient food to ensure Baby’s proper weight , the celebration will focus on the importance of complementary feeding as a strategy to prevent under-nutrition among young children.Complementary feeding is giving other foods and liquids to infants when they reach 6 months while continuing breastfeeding, as additional foods and liquids are not meant to replace breast milk and are not sufficient on their own. Data from the Seventh National Nutrition Survey conducted in 2008 reveal that malnutrition levels are three to four times higher among children who are at least eight months old due to insufficient quantity and inadequate quality of complementary foods, poor child-feeding practices, and high rates of infection. Complementary feeding is deemed as one of the effective means to address undernourishment among children.
Among the suggested activities that can be undertaken by concerned individuals and groups are: Making available nutritionally adequate and low-cost infant supplementary mixes to economically disadvantaged families; organizing training for health workers in implementing policies and guidelines on infant and child feeding; establishing infant feeding and care support groups where mothers can be referred to; and adopting a nutritionally depressed barangay for the implementation of nutrition and related projects and activities.Such initiatives will help in ensuring the health of today’s children in whose hands the future of our country lies.
